Great visit with Dr. Singla. She looks straight in the eye when she’s talking to you. She does a thorough exam in a timely manner.
Those are attributes often overlooked by other doctors.

The care I receive from Dr. Singla is exceptional. She listens attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. The clinic displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.

Office failed to submit the clinical notes to insurance in addition to their request for an MRI. They waited 12 days after my appointment to send them, causing me to have to reschedule twice. Additionally, I was not advocated for as a patient. My insurance requested specific information and phone call from the doctor office that was met with an unwillingness to help and a flat denial. They could’ve helped me as a patient and chose not to. I do not recommend Beacon.

I was referred for Spine and Pain Management temporarily for treatment of Cauda Equina Syndrome. I felt like I was on trial, no examination was done. I was then told that she would have to find out why I was even there. I had explained everything to her MA, NP and to her personally, needless to say I was in tears by the time I left her office. I was told that I would get a follow up call, I am still waiting on that call 4 weeks later.

The 3 shots I received in my right knee were very painful but effective. Hopefully on Friday, 4/26/24 the material utilized for the shots works well for the ablasion of the nerve endings. I am very hopeful.
